Dumpster rental booking software lets a roll-off company take reservations online. Customers check whether you serve their address, choose a dumpster size, see the included tonnage and all-in price, pick delivery and pickup dates and book or pay — while your team manages cans, drop-offs, swaps and pickups from a dispatch dashboard. We build it into a complete, SEO-ready WordPress website.

Most sites launch in 5–7 days, depending on how many sizes, yards and service zones you have and how much content — prices, photos, service area — is ready at kickoff.

Starter is $750 for up to four dumpster sizes, a ZIP-code service checker and inquiry-mode booking. Growth is $1,500 for unlimited sizes, online payment, multiple delivery zones and 60 days of support. Multi-yard operations and custom integrations are quoted individually.

Yes, on the Growth and Custom packages. Customers pay in full or pay a deposit at checkout through WooCommerce with a card processor such as Stripe or Square. On Starter, customers submit a booking request that your team confirms.

Availability is counted per dumpster size across your whole fleet, in real time. If you own eight 20-yard cans and eight are out on those dates, the 20-yard shows the next available date instead of taking an order you can’t fill.

Yes. Delivery can be priced by ZIP code, named zone or miles from your yard. The customer sees whether you serve their address — and the delivery fee — before they book.

Yes. Each size lists its dimensions, included tons and per-ton overage rate, and you can add debris types (household, construction, roofing, yard waste, concrete) with their own pricing and limits.

Yes. Customers can request an extension, swap-out or early pickup from their booking, and each request appears on your dispatch board with the job-site notes.

Yes. When a customer picks street placement, checkout can show your permit guidance and add a permit fee, and customers must acknowledge your prohibited-items list (tires, batteries, paint, hazardous waste and so on) before booking.

Only for online payment. The booking system works standalone in inquiry mode; WooCommerce is added when you want customers to pay or leave a deposit at checkout.

Yes. We can integrate dumpster booking into most existing WordPress sites, or build a new site from scratch and redirect your old pages so you keep your search rankings.

Yes. Many haulers offer both roll-off rentals and junk removal. The site can take dumpster bookings and junk-removal estimate requests side by side.

Every build includes local SEO foundations: city service-area pages, LocalBusiness, Service and FAQ schema, fast mobile pages and titles built around real searches like “dumpster rental [city]”. Rankings also depend on your Google Business Profile, reviews and competition — see our Dumpster Rental SEO page for how we approach it.

Dumpster rental SEO is the work that helps a roll-off company show up when people search for things like “dumpster rental near me”, “20 yard dumpster [city]” or “roofing dumpster rental”. It combines a fast, well-structured website, a page for every city you serve, schema markup, a complete Google Business Profile and a steady flow of genuine reviews.

You need a genuinely useful page for each city that matters to your business — not copy-pasted pages with the name swapped. Each of our city pages covers local demand, how service and pricing work there, local questions and links to nearby towns, which is what search engines reward and what customers actually read.

It varies with competition and your starting point. New pages are usually indexed within days to a few weeks after submitting the sitemap; competitive city terms can take several months, and reviews and your Google Business Profile often matter as much as the website. We build the foundations so the site is never what holds you back.

No one can guarantee that, but you can make it easy for AI assistants to understand and cite you. Every build includes answer-first summaries, FAQ schema, clean headings and an llms.txt file describing your business, services and service areas.

No — and be wary of anyone who does. Rankings depend on competition, your Google Business Profile, reviews and other factors outside the website. What we guarantee is a fast, technically sound, well-structured site with local pages and schema that give you the best possible foundation.

30–60 days of support is included with every build, with ongoing maintenance plans available after that.

Starter covers up to four dumpster sizes, one service area and inquiry-mode booking your team confirms. Growth adds unlimited sizes, online payment, multiple delivery zones and 60 days of support instead of 30.
